Zain Facility Management system mobile application is a ticketing mobile app, Its intended to manage Zain employees’ complaints and requests in an efficient and real time manner. In addition to providing Admin Staff with insightful reports and information related to assets, incidents as well as vendor and employee performance.The app is intended to be used by all Zain employees, in all Zain locations. That includes, Zain HQ building, Zain Call Center building, Zain Corporates building, Zain regional offices and all Zain shops.Any complaint or request is handled as a Ticket. An employee raises a ticket which then should be resolved by the relevant party.
